Scott Caldwell
President of Washington Business Dynamics
For more than 20 years, Mr. Caldwell has supported a diverse set of clients in the areas of acquisition, strategic sourcing, organizational design, and business operations. He received his master’s degree from Harvard University, concentrating in business economics. His undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma concentrating in Supply Chain Management, was completed while serving on active duty in the US Air Force.
I joined GovDash because they offered me the opportunity of a lifetime: to design and build the system and tools I’ve wished for my entire career. Before GovDash, I spent an entire year testing AI proposal products, looking for one that not only delivered on sound proposal writing, but that would solve this problem and help my team manage the data chaos. The solution GovCon needed didn’t exist — so we built it ourselves. We are empowering teams to work together across the lifecycle, and focus on actions that increase PWIN by tearing down data silos and automating tedious tasks with AI.
Meryl Angelicola
CF APMP
Meryl Angelicola has nearly 20 years of experience in proposal management, capture management, and program management, having worked on federal contracts with agencies such as the CDC, NIH, NASA, DOI, and DOE. Her efforts have helped companies secure over $1 billion in contract wins through a collaborative approach that integrates capture, proposal management, and delivery. Meryl is also the founder of ProposalTeam, a non-profit dedicated to mentoring and training individuals entering the proposal field. With a background in data science, she has spent a decade building custom systems for the industry and now brings her expertise to GovDash, where she continues to drive innovation as the Vice President of Industry Solutions. Her work has been recognized with industry awards, including APMP’s “40 Under 40” and an Engage FedGov Honoree.
